The home is amazing. The location is great. She had everything you could need or want at the house, including excellent cookware, snorkel gear, sand castle making supplies, toys for kids, bbq with propane, beach & bath towels...everything! It felt like my home away from home. Fantastic choice for larger families.

This vacation home is in a great location on the north side of Kauai, in Princeville. There is convenient access to a walkway around the golf course, cliffside views, and short hikes by the coast. The Napali Coast and Hanakapiai Falls and Beach are nearby as well! The space is roomy and the beds are comfortable. The views from the house itself are breathtaking too! You won't regret staying here!

Tammy is a wonderful host and the home is absolutely gorgeous, located in a really great area! The big windows were so great to look out, the beds were comfy and the home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We look forward to visiting again! Mahalo from our family <3

We had 10 girls stay here, the house was comfortable and fit all our needs. There were absolutely no issues during our stay in the house so that was amazing & made it so easy for me as the one who booked the house. Would recommend for large groups looking for a relaxing stay!

The house is beautiful and clean. The large windows are amazing as they allow you to enjoy the views and the scenery. The private community and the local restaurants make it so convenient and safe. Tammy was such a great host with a truly beautiful house. We can’t wait till we make this trip out again and reach out for another stay. Beautiful home! Everything you could need; toys, beach stuff, swing set, bikes. Amazing sunsets from the deck. Great location, quite neighborhood. Very clean, lots of room (there were 10 adults, 3 babies) everybody had a bed. Big bedrooms, super comfortable. Tammy was amazing! Always answering all my emails & questions right away!

Very nice rental property with a great location, nice open spaces and a great layout for families. Owners were great hosts and created a great experience and home base for exploring the NorthShore of Kauai. Recommend this property for families looking for a great location and a spacious rental.

Tammy's home was the perfect place for all three generations of our family. The house is well located in a serene resort setting, one block from a beautiful golf course and a short walk to the Queen's bath path. It is well appointed with everything you would imagine needing and wanting for an extended stay on the island. Our adult children loved the privacy of their individual rooms with en-suite baths and sunset viewing from the ample, second level deck. The home had a spacious dining room for our breakfasts and a lanai out front with an umbrella and a picnic table where we ate our evening barbecues and shave ice. Our grandchildren enjoyed the well stocked toy box, backyard playground and the garage full of beach gear and bikes. We used the home as a convenient and comfortable base to go exploring Waimea canyon, kayaking and hiking along the river, enjoying the beautiful beaches at Annini, Hanalei, and Poipu, relaxing aboard a chartered sail around the Na'Pali coast, an interesting performance at the Luau Kalamaku, swimming, snorkeling and dining all over the island. We had an awesome week. You won't be disappointed.

My family and I stayed here for about a week and we had an amazing time. The home is located in the northern area of Kauai in a golf resort and we were close to several beaches. The view from the living room is a gorgeous view of a mountain and it was very peaceful. Tammy was also very quick to respond with all of our needs and her binder full of suggestions was a great help to us. I can't recommend this place enough.

What a lovely rental! Tammy is the best she has the cutest place and she is a very thoughtful, helpful person she helped me hire someone for a dinner for my family, Tammy gave me great advice for shopping and helped me find a great tour company! Tammy goes above and beyond and is just wonderful! I hope to visit again! Thank you!!!
